Turna Quality Policy
LIVING AND BREATHING QUALITY – Quality is our way of thinking, working and living
“Quality is free. It's not a gift, but it is free. What costs money are the unquality things – all the actions that involve not doing jobs right the first time.” (B. Crosby)
The goal of each company is to perform successfully. It must produce products that customers want and demand and that are of high quality and affordable. Quality of products and services is a necessity for every manufacturer that wants to be competitive and successful. It is a selling point and is one of the key factors that affect the successfulness of management and divides companies into those that are successful and those that are not.
Being innovative and flexible, offering the partner more than they expect and supplying products without defects and in accordance within the required delivery dates and with required quantities are the foundations of the management processes at TURNA d.o.o. The process management system meets the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Because we are aware of the need for constant improvements, besides the ISO 9001 requirements we also include other good practices for managing the entire company quality into the systems of process management. Constant improvements are implemented with the purpose of increasing the satisfaction of our customers and to ensure successful and effective functioning of all our processes.
Because we believe quality is important from the very beginning onwards, we perform all development projects for our customers in accordance with the Advanced product quality planning procedure (APQP) that was established in the automotive industry. At our development laboratory, we perform durability tests of our products, during the development stage as well as later during mass production. We monitor the processes with statistical process control (SPC), and we check the capability of measuring systems with measurement system analysis (MSA).
Our quality also reflects the quality of our suppliers, therefore our suppliers are also our partners in constant improvements. Our suppliers must meet our requirements that are provided in our General Procurement Conditions, an integral part of which is also the Requirements for Supplier’s Quality Assurance.
The entire quality is the result of the professional and team work of all employees, since quality is created by all employees. The process management system is managed so that each employee bears their own part of the responsibility for quality work.
