Gaskets for refrigerators and extruded profiles
We specialise in manufacturing magnetic and non-magnetic gaskets that are used for installing into refrigeration and freezer appliances and professional refrigeration technical products. We also make various technical profiles and pipes made of soft thermoplastics. Our capacities enable flexible mass production (daily deliveries to the production line) and simultaneous production for the requirements of first installation or smaller-scale production.

When developing, manufacturing and producing gaskets, we provide our customers full support throughout the process:

We achieve accurate and timely production with the help of highly trained personnel, by using quality tools made in our own tool shop and in cooperation with reliable suppliers of material.
Our goal is to develop energy-efficient gaskets, therefore we are constantly on the lookout for new solutions in the field of effective sealing. When researching and looking for new, high-tech solutions, we also cooperate with external research institutions and partners.
Materials
The most often used materials for gaskets are still soft PVC granules (with and without phthalates) and thermoplastic elastomers such as SEBS. The colours of the material are chosen in accordance with the customer’s wishes.
Materials used when manufacturing gaskets are tailored to the intended function and use of the (magnetic) gasket as well as to the guidelines implemented by European directives (REACH, Directive 2000/53/EC, Directive 2002/95/EC, EU regulation no. 528/2012, etc.).
Magnetic strips inserted into the gaskets are also adjusted according to the requirements and the intended purpose of the gasket and can thus have a custom shape, polarity and magnetic force.
Quality
Quality is assured by using materials that are in accordance with European and other directives.
The production process is monitored with statistical process control (SPC) and the failure mode and effects analysis technique (FMEA) and is also fully computer aided. This makes it possible to achieve extremely high quality products.
